You connect your own WhatsApp account. A newly linked number opens its chats to your agents for reading and sending, and you decide at any time which chats stay open, read only or closed.

Circles is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or supported by WhatsApp, Meta or any of their affiliates. It connects as an unofficial linked device, and using it may conflict with WhatsApp's terms. You choose to use it knowing that.

This service is not for bulk sending, marketing or cold outreach. An agent sends only to a chat open for sending, and every send is logged.

Messages in a group were written by people who agreed to nothing. You are responsible for having the right to open the group you opened.

WhatsApp can block or ban a number at any time, including through its automatic systems. We reduce that risk where we can and do not pretend it is absent. We are not responsible for a blocked or banned number, for messages or access lost because of it, or for downtime caused by changes WhatsApp makes, and no refund is due for them.

Circles is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims about Circles is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

You will indemnify us against claims by others, WhatsApp and people in your chats included, that arise from how you or your agents use Circles or from content you send.
